The GG K9 Procject is a long-term community initiative created to help provide updated bulletproof vest and safety gear for Meridian Police department K9 units. We’ve had the opportunity to speak directly with Meridian PD, and they’re excited and supportiver of this project and its goal. 

After reviewing their needs, the department identified the K9 Storm Patrol SWAT Vest as their preferred option. These vests provide Level IIA ballistic protection against most handguns, along stab and under-belly protection, while remaining lightweight and fitted so the dogs can move freely.

Outfitting just current 4 K9s would cost approximately $15,344. Because of the cost, this project is intentionally structured as LONG-TERM. Beginning in February, we’ll be selling Golden Goose K9 Project Patches . Proceeds going directly toward funding these vests. This project isn’t about speed, its about doing it right, partnering with local law enforcement, and creating meaningful, lasting support for those who protect us.successful outcome.
